All orders are normally shipped between 3 to 7 Business Days unless otherwise noted on the Products' Description Page. Some shipments may be delayed due to high volume periods (holidays, etc.). You may log on to your account at any time and view the status of your purchase. Luxury Bedding Solutions will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.

CANCELLATIONS: 

• Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping of order by phone: 1.866.478.5485 or by email: customerservice@luxurybathroomsolutions.com . If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be cancelled due to shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s) per Luxury Bedding Solutions product and/or return policy.
