RETURN POLICY: 

  • Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal at Luxury Bathroom Solutions, therefore we do all we can to ensure that a high level of satisfaction is met. 

 

  • We have a 14-day money back guarantee on all items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order, the item will either be replaced if defective (at no additional cost to you), or we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund the full amount of the purchase price less shipping and handling upon return of the item(s) in its original packaging by the customer within the 14-day Return Period. Fabric products must not have been removed from it's packaging.

 

  • The balance of your order will then be subject to loosing any discounts or free shipping if the balance of your order does not meet the requirements and your refund will be reduced. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned items or cancelled item(s) request. If the item being returned was a Free Ship item and your balance is still within the free shipping guidelines, then the manufacturers cost for shipping the item will be deducted from the refund.

 

  • Items which have been received by the customer after 14 days and are not returned to us within the 14-day return period are not returnable.

 

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Our Return Period starts the day of receipt of the order. For return instructions, simply email us at:

  • Luxury Bathroom Solutions, M.A.Talia Company Inc and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.  

 

BACK ORDERS, PRODUCT DELAYS, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:  

  • It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

  • Customers will be notified by email OR telephone if item ordered has been backordered, discontinued or no longer available. Items that are discontinued will be credited back to their credit card or other method of purchase.

 

ERRORS:

  • Desciptive, Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
