RETURN POLICY: 

Customer Satisfaction is our number one goal at Luxury Bathroom Solutions, therefore we do all we can to ensure that a high level of satisfaction is met. 

We have a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order, the item will either be replaced if defective (at no additional cost to you), or we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund the full amount of the purchase price less shipping and handling upon return of the item(s) in its original packaging by the customer within the 14-day Return Period. Items which have been received by the customer after 14 days and are not returned to us within the 14-day return period are not returnable. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Our Return Period starts the day of receipt of the order. Luxury Bathroom Solutions, M.A.Talia Company and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.  

BACK ORDERS, PRODUCT DELAYS, OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

 It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified by email if item ordered has been backordered, discontinued or no longer available.

ERRORS:

Desciptive, Typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
